This occurred 169 times in the last 28 days. Council members reported experiencing these disappearances, sometimes missing important communications from residents or colleagues. Concerns were raised that council members, dealing with external emails from non-city addresses, might be more susceptible to this filtering. IT is willing to work with Dark Trace on fine-tuning the system and can provide reports of withheld emails if requested.
