The city has two ordinances: one from 2002 for off-premise beer and wine sales, and one from 2004 for on-premise mixed beverages in restaurants. Restaurants must derive over 50% of their sales from food. The council noted that distance restrictions from churches, schools, etc., from TABC are not currently adopted by the city but could be. The process for changing the ordinance involves a grassroots effort and a local option election with a petition requiring a significant number of signatures.
Corinth Community Park Master Plan Presented with Focus on Enhancements and Community Input
The city council received a report and engaged in a discussion regarding the Corinth Community Park master plan.
