Lester's Diner LLC Letter of Intent Approved by CRA Board; Meeting Rescheduled
The CRA board reviewed and approved a letter of intent from Lester's Diner LLC for the potential lease of real property at the southwest corner of Southwest 43rd Street and Davie Road. The proposal includes two restaurants: Lester's Diner, offering casual dining, and The Branding Iron, a unique upscale Western-themed establishment. Each restaurant would be 5,000 square feet, with a combined investment of approximately $5 million, and is expected to create up to 100 new jobs. The CRA staff received authorization to negotiate the terms of a lease agreement, which will be subject to further CRA board and town council approval. The CRA board also rescheduled its November 4th meeting to November 18th.
