Webb Subdivision Second Edition Plats Approved for CW Motorsports Property
Resolution 116-2026 was adopted, approving preliminary plat number 2615P and final plat number 2615F for recording the Webb subdivision second edition. This replats the unplatted parcel currently occupied by CW Motorsports and the portion being acquired from Maxedon, along with the remainder of Maxedon's property, into two lots. The Planning Commission recommended approval. This action addresses the need to plat an previously unplatted parcel.
Utility Easement Vacated for CW Motorsports Project

Ordinance 61-2026 vacates an alley in Block 14 of the Western Edition, and Ordinance 63-2026 rezones Block 14 of the Western Edition from B1 and R3D districts to B2 General Commercial district. These actions are part of a long-term development plan for the block, which has been in progress for 25 years. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval for both the alley vacation and the rezoning.
