Ordinance M2439 authorizes borrowing up to $4,132,322 for the 2027 program if bypass funding is approved by the IEPA. A resident confirmed the requirement is 10% replacement per year.
Special Use Permits Approved for Child Care Center and Vehicle Rental Facility
The board passed two ordinances granting special use permits. Ordinance M2440 grants a special use permit for a child care center at 3355 West 133rd Street in the B3 general business zoning district. Ordinance M2441 grants a special use permit for a motor vehicle rental facility at 900 Ridge Road in the B4 shopping center zoning district, subject to a condition requiring documentation of legal parking for commercial vehicles.
