Intersection improvements, particularly roundabouts at 65th Street, Upper 55th Street, and Rich Valley Road, received support, while a roundabout at Salem Church Road was opposed. Safety was a major focus, identifying angle, rear-end, and runoff-road crashes, with a trend of increasing crashes in recent years. Traffic forecasts indicated a need for a four-lane section from Highway 149 down to Cliff Road to support regional growth and development, particularly with Argenta Trail planned as a divided facility. Other proposed improvements include dynamic curve signage, high-friction surfaces, driveway access reduction, and potential grade separation for Argenta Boulevard in the very long term. The estimated funding gap for the proposed improvements is $125-$150 million, with some projects identified for 2033 pavement projects and others in the five to ten-year horizon.
