Maple Grove Senior Living Project Approved, Including Rezoning and Fire Code Variance
The City Council approved the rezoning of an area from RA to R2PUD to allow for the development of the Maple Grove Senior Living DSP Planned Unit Development Stage Plan. This includes a preliminary plat and variance for fire apparatus access road length. The project will consist of 195 units, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities, along with twin home units.
