City Authorizes $400,000 Grant Application for Seat Cover Solutions Warehouse Development

This grant is intended to support Seat Cover Solutions LLC's proposed 55,000 square foot warehouse and processing facility in the Otter Creek business park. The funding would be used by Seat Cover Solutions LLC for equipment purchases as part of their expansion. The company plans to relocate its current employees from a neighboring community and create approximately 19 new jobs over two years. The total project cost is estimated to be around $7 million. The grant will be provided as a regular loan to the company, with repayments to be sent back to the state.
