Multi-Municipal EMS Agency Formation Meeting Scheduled for September 2nd
Updates were provided on the multi-municipal EMS agency formation. An articles of incorporation meeting is scheduled for September 2nd at 7:00 PM at Strath Haven Middle School. This meeting is for the boards of participating municipalities to vote on the formation. The EMS working group, comprising representatives from Nether Providence, Swarthmore, and Upper Providence, has been collaborating on this initiative for about a year. The date and time have been confirmed to work for all involved municipalities and the working group.
BC Multimodal Project Contract Awarded to Rocklin Construction
The board awarded a contract for the BC multimodal project to Rocklin Construction for $43,975. This project was awarded a BC multimodal grant. The township received four other bids ranging from $80,891 to $137,000.
