These errors involved using incorrect baseline information for the 3% CPI increase applied earlier this year. The proposed amendments also include modernizing the building division's valuation table and adding a user fee for state-mandated housing application reviews. Adjustments are also being made in community services, public works, and Placentia Fire and Life Safety fees to correct baselines and standardize formatting.
Placentia Honors Winners of 2026 Centennial Art Contest
