City Authorizes $4 Million in Notes for Utility Capital Projects
The city council approved a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of $4 million in general obligation promissory notes for capital projects across the water, sewer, and stormwater utilities. This financing will not impact the tax levy. The notes were issued as a 20-year financing, with a true interest cost of 4.39%.
