Staff recommended approval, noting that while the comprehensive plan designates the area as commercial, it also supports rezoning non-conforming residential structures. The draft comprehensive plan designates the area as mixed-use, aligning with the rezoning request. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval after a public hearing where no opposition was voiced.
Stanton Sheriff Receives Approval for Two New Police Vehicles Amidst Increased Transport Needs
The Stanton City Council approved a request from the Stanton City Sheriff to fund the purchase of two additional used police vehicles.
