New K9 Team Certified and Deployed by Westminster Police Department

The Westminster Police Department has launched a new K9 team, consisting of PFC Brandon O'Neal and his partner Odin. They have successfully completed an 8-week training program and are now fully certified by the North American Police Working Dog Association as a patrol and narcotics detection team. They officially began their duties last week and are actively serving the citizens of Westminster. Odin, a one-and-a-half-year-old Belgian Malinois German Shepherd mix, was acquired from Hungary. The department expressed gratitude for their dedication and confidence in their service to the community.
