Prairie Fest Band Rescheduled to Coincide with Car Show After Rainout
The council discussed and approved a motion to reschedule the Prairie Fest band, American English, to be held with the car show. This decision followed a rainout of Prairie Fest on June 21st. There was discussion about the costs associated with rescheduling and alternative options, including not rescheduling or rescheduling without the car show. The chosen option is to combine it with the car show, tentatively on August 21st. The other band, Heartache Tonight, is unavailable, and the wrestling event, also canceled that day, is being considered for a separate date, possibly combined with a trunk-or-treat event.
